1. **Embassy Review:** Indian Embassy in your country reviews applications.
2. **Interview/Test:** Some embassies conduct interviews or English proficiency tests.
3. **Shortlisting:** Embassy sends shortlisted candidates to ICCR.
4. **Admission:** ICCR forwards applications to Indian universities for admission confirmation.
