It offers comprehensive financial and academic assistance to pursue undergraduate, master’s, or Ph.D. degrees in Turkey. Monthly Stipend:
- Undergraduate: 800 TRY
- Master’s: 1,100 TRY
- Ph.D.: 1,600 TRY

Elegiblity

Nationality: Syrian citizens or stateless individuals residing in Syria or neighboring countries.
Education Level: Graduates or those who will graduate by the end of the current academic year.
Age Limits:
- Undergraduate: Under 21 years
- Master’s: Under 30 years
- Ph.D.: Under 35 years
Academic Achievement:
- Undergraduate: Minimum 70% average
- Graduate: Minimum 75% average
- Health Sciences: Minimum 90% average
Health: No health problems that would impede education in Turkey.
Current Status: Not currently enrolled in a Turkish university at the level of education they are applying for

- Valid passport or national ID
- Recent academic transcripts
- Diploma or temporary certificate of graduation
- Letter of intent/personal statement
- Two recommendation letters
- Research proposal (for Ph.D. applicants)
- Proof of language proficiency (if applicable)
- Recent photograph (taken within the last 6 months)
- National exam scores (if applicable)
