Monthly Stipend:
Undergraduate: 800 TRY
Master’s: 1,100 TRY
Ph.D.: 1,600 TRY

Free accommodation in university dormitories
Comprehensive health coverage
Free Turkish language course for one year
Access to academic, social, and cultural facilities

Elegiblity
Nationality: Syrian citizens or stateless individuals residing in Syria or neighboring countries.
Education Level: Graduates or those who will graduate by the end of the current academic year.
Age Limits:
Undergraduate: Under 21 years
Master’s: Under 30 years
Ph.D.: Under 35 years
Academic Achievement:
Undergraduate: Minimum 70% average
Graduate: Minimum 75% average
Health Sciences: Minimum 90% average
Health: No health problems that would impede education in Turkey.
Current Status: Not currently enrolled in a Turkish university at the level of education they are applying for
